Ahadi real estate was incorporated in Kenya in the year 2002; it started as a small office at Githurai concentrating with lands at Mwihoko. During that time the company was known as Juja united investments and had two directors. By the end of the year 2003 Ahadi had rebranded and was now a company on its own with one director heading it after resigning from the original company i.e. Juja united investments.
Due to the high demand for land and the high trust that the company was able to gain from its customers it grew rapidly attain a well-established customer base who were of great assist. By the year 2010 the company had bought land and sold as plots to its customers both old and new. The pieces of land were located in various part of the prime land areas such as kitengela, kajiado, Nakuru, kiganjo, Makuyu, Juja, and many more.
Due to the scarcity of land and the high demand the company came up with a strategic plan to help settle its customers. By the end of the year 2012 the company completed a new house for sale, the house consisted of 30 units of 2 bedrooms and 20 bedsitters which were sold within no time. The company still heavily invests in the building of apartments and the project has been made easily accessible to our customers by allowing them pay 40% of the house they want as the project is under way and pay the rest with installments.
The company has consequently opened more offices to increase accessibility to its customers, of these offices are Nelleon center Thika, Uchumi house Nairobi, Kitengela sinoket building, Wang house Juja , Limuru near cooperative bank. With the expansion the company invented mechanisms for marketing its products through media and print means. The company went national following the marketing. As we stand the company has a good capital base worth to mention with the service to the customers being satisfactory. Most of the customers who bought land have their own individual title and are proud to be associated with us.
Since the company started it has transacted land business with more than 20000 customers which is a good indication of the value the company places on its customers. As for the moment the company is aiming high for the future with a well laid strategic plan for its performance for the next five years. Some of the projects the company is underway include building houses for sale at Juja town next to Jkuat and Thika Ngoingwa.
